General Purpose Grades: GP40 – 80
General purpose silicone rubber applications
The general purpose silicone rubber grades are suitable for complex extruded profiles and mouldings. They are suitable for a wide range of uses including tubing and seals for the food and pharmaceutical industries (F.D.A and W.R.C approved*), and silicone rubber parts in vehicles.
Their physical properties include:
- Temperature range -65°C to 200°C
- Heat stabilised parts can withstand short term exposure between 250° C – 300°C
These Rubbers can be supplied pigmented or transparent.
