As December draws to a close, we’ve been looking back on what a positive year 2017 has been and are excited for some of the fabulous developments which lie ahead for us in the new year!
Over the last 12 months Advanced Materials has seen sustained growth alongside our customers, who we continue to build strong relationships with, to offer an even greater service than ever before.
In 2018 we plan to invest in staff training further, as well as to create more efficient processes to keep costs and lead times down. This is in addition to improving our aim to offer additional services for people who need things quicker than normal, with an express delivery service of 2-3 days on smaller quantities of our products (subject to availability).
We also recently expanded our unit, so that next year we can incorporate three extra rooms, which will increase production capacity in different areas, including joining and cutting gaskets.
Next year, we are also looking to install a state of the art inflatable seals room to provide testing data for each seal. This will enable us to offer our customers further reassurance and the correct certification to demonstrate that their product has been tested fully to the required standards. A certificate will be provided for each test.
Finally, our offices will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period and we will reopen on Tuesday January 2nd, 2018.
