Returns & Exchange Policy: made to order items

Exchanges & Returns: The following applies

  • A refund or exchange will only be permitted on an item that is deemed faulty or the exchange is due to our own error, IE, the item received is a different size than ordered. Return postage will be refunded in this instance. All orders placed on the webshop are bespoke items therefore they are non returnable. We do not hold stock of any items listed on the webshop as we manufacture specifically to your requirements. If you are unsure whether a product will be suitable for your application please give our technical sales team a call who will be happy to help. We can offer small samples of some profiles so please feel free to ask if this is available to your chosen product, material samples can also be sent for analysis. We will charge a carriage fee for this service.
  • Items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt with a completed returns form. Exchanges will only be permitted with a completed returns form. Please allow a minimum of 14 days for your exchange, this is subject to availability. Where no exchange can be made a credit will be arranged.
  • We will only except returned items that are clean and undamaged from their original condition, if goods are deemed used or damaged they will be returned to you and the return postage will be charged.
  • Advanced Materials Ltd strongly recommends items are returned by recorded delivery. Advanced Materials Ltd DO NOT accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged goods in transit

  • Advanced Materials Ltd need to be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any goods received in a damaged condition. Our carriers accept no liability for damaged goods after this time period.

Damaged goods through use

  • Advanced Materials Ltd will happily replace any product damaged due to a fault with the manufacture of your product. If Advanced Materials Ltd accepts liability that there is a fault with the item due to a manufacturing error then the item will be exchanged or refunded. Return postage will also be refunded.
